rTokens are issued by Reality, described by Bitget's own materials as 'proudly part of the Bitget ecosystem' — i.e. an in-house issuer, not a third party — launched May 2026. The specific SPV name/jurisdiction was not found in the sources checked; Bitget's FAQ states only that underlying stock is 'registered under an independent, bankruptcy-remote SPV' without naming it. Flag as an open question before publishing a specific entity name.

No shareholder voting rights. rToken holders are explicitly stated to not be registered shareholders.

Different model from xStocks/bStocks/Robinhood: dividends are distributed directly to holders' wallets as stablecoins (cash-like distribution), not reinvested via a balance-rebasing multiplier. Corporate actions like stock splits are instead handled via automatic position adjustments.

Stock splits, reverse splits, mergers and other corporate actions are 'reflected through adjustments to the relevant rToken position' to keep economic exposure aligned — described as position adjustments rather than an on-chain balance multiplier (distinguishing it from the xStocks/bStocks/Robinhood 'multiplier' family). Exact on-chain mechanics not confirmed at contract level.

Underlying US stocks/ETFs held by Alpaca Securities, a FINRA-registered, SIPC-member US broker-dealer (the same custodian used by bStocks) in segregated reserve accounts. During US market hours, orders route directly to underlying Nasdaq/NYSE liquidity via Alpaca rather than relying only on on-chain pools.

Daily reserve attestations performed by The Network Firm, an independent accounting firm, published via a public real-time 'Proof of Asset Dashboard'. Reserves are stated to be maintained above 100% of outstanding rToken supply.

Minting/redemption via stablecoins, generally available around the clock during the 5-day trading week (pre-market through overnight), pausing on weekends/US holidays/unusual conditions or during corporate-action processing. An 'asynchronous netting' model nets opposing buy/sell flow before passing only the residual imbalance to Reality for minting/redemption against the underlying market.

Available via Bitget Wallet (self-custodial); on-platform account access, identity checks and exchange-side custody for tokens left on Bitget are handled by Bitget itself, distinct from Reality's issuance/backing layer.
